Aurum Foundation Aurum Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) (tax-exempt) volunteer organization that promotes natural health care through education and community outreach. It seeks to inform the thinking process around sickness and health and to teach practical skills in home care to parents, teachers and other lay practitioners. Aurum Foundation networks and cooperates with other groups and organizations interested in natural and holistic healthcare. The focus of Aurum Foundation is Anthroposophical medicine, which offers an integrated vision of the three-fold human being: body, soul, and spirit. Anthroposophical medicine employs safe and natural medicines whenever possible and includes adjunct methods of healing such as massage, movement therapy (curative eurythmy), hydrotherapy, artistic therapy, and music therapy. It seeks to find meaning in illness from the perspective of personal development. Founded in 1992, Aurum Foundation serves southern New Hampshire and the surrounding regions. The inspiration for its name comes from the Latin term for gold as a symbol of the sun and of the human heart. According to World Book Encyclopedia, perhaps the earliest association for "Aurum" is the image of "shining dawn". Aurum Foundation has a board of trustees, which oversees its activities. ![]() Thank you for your interest in Aurum Foundation.
